We use the following conditions when listing items,

• New - All new parts come from new sets, bulk purchases from LEGO, or trusted bulk sellers who obtain their parts from LEGO directly.  New parts travel a long way and may not be "mint" due to their banging around with other parts.  I cannot control the quality of what LEGO ships and therefore new parts are NEW but not guaranteed perfect.  I do all I can to protect the product from any damage once it arrives to me. 
• Used (acceptable) - USED parts are USED and may have scratches, play marks, indention's, scuffs, come from different years, etc.  USED parts are NOT new.  Some of my used parts are in fantastic condition, but please assume that they are not perfect or new looking unless otherwise mentioned in the listing.  If you need new looking parts, please order new parts.  I try to describe any flaws that are very noticeable in the descriptions.
• Like New - 99% of the time I will never list anything as like new. In the very rare instance that I do so it is because it is a rare hard to find part and it is in flawless condition.
• Color Variations of the same color - Shades can vary slightly and sometimes printing errors (minor) may be seen in the product.  I try to list anything that I notice that is obvious so that you are aware before purchasing. This isn't a normal occurrence but as parts travel throughout the years the colors vary. An example of this I notice most frequently is different shades of White as well as different shades of Dark Reds. These items are listed as used, acceptable as there is nothing wrong with the product aside from the shade variation.
